Pre-orders
- For pre-orders, you may cancel (or change) your pre-order within 30 days of the date of the placement of your order through our online store (www.fluxkeyboard.com) for a full refund.
- Refunds after this 30 day period may incur credit card, currency conversion and administrative fees.
- To cancel or make changes to your pre-order, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] and provide the email address and the order number for your pre-order and specify you are requesting a pre-order cancellation.
- Refunds will usually be processed within 7-10 business days and refunded back to your original payment method.
- The 30 days will be on a per-order basis and will not reset or be reapplied if you have added additional items to an existing pre-order.
- Please note: changes to pre-orders may affect delivery estimates.
Lost or Damaged in Shipping
- If your purchased items become lost during shipping or are damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] as soon as possible and so that we can look into arranging a replacement. This should be within 10 days so that we can liaise with the shipping carrier if required.
- Please provide us with your:
- order number
- what the issue is
- the email address for your order number
- where applicable; a description of the damage, clear photos and/or a video of the damage
Change of Mind Returns
- Purchased items can be returned within 30 days of the recorded date of your receipt of the items by the shipping carrier. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with no visible signs of use.
- To initiate a change of mind return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] and provide the email address and the order number for your order and specify that you are requesting a change of mind return.
- You will be responsible for covering all fees and costs associated with return shipping on the purchased items and for ensuring that the purchased items are securely and safely packaged.
- Purchased items that have been altered or damaged in any way are not eligible for a change of mind return or if we receive a return and determine that the purchased items have been tampered with or are in a condition where they cannot be restocked.
- All returned purchased items will be inspected on receipt and any item in unsuitable condition will not be eligible for refund.
- Following this, you will be refunded the price (excluding any shipping) you paid for the purchased items less a restocking fee of 15%.
- This refund will be processed in 7-10 business days and refunded back to your original payment method.
