Flux Warranty

  1. Our keyboards and modules are backed by a 2-year warranty. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during this warranty period.
  2. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use cases and maintenance.
  3. Please note that the warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to, damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, acts of nature, unusual temperatures or humidity, improper installation, or damage determined to have been caused by the user or by reasonable use and wear and tear.
  4. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights in addition to these rights which vary from state to state and country to country.

Warranty Claims

  1. If you think there is an issue or defect with your purchased items, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to see if we can assist you.
  2. Please provide us with your:
    1. order number
    2. the email address for your order number
    3. a description of the suspected defect
    4. clear photos of the suspected defect
    5. a video of the suspected defect (if relevant to properly show it)
  3. Upon receipt of your email, our team will assess your claim and may need to ask you for further further information or to follow troubleshooting steps.
  4. Where the issue cannot be resolved, you will be provided with instructions to ship the purchased items to us for inspection. We will cover the cost of return shipping.
  5. If possible, the purchased items should be returned in original packaging, with accessories, manuals, and other included items. In any case, it should be packaged safely and securely for shipping.
  6. Following this and upon receiving the purchased items, we will conduct an inspection. If deemed defective we will repair or replace it. If a repair or replacement is not possible, a full refund including original shipping costs will be issued. If the purchased item is discontinued or not available for any reason, we may replace it with a similar product of equal or higher value.
  7. This refund will be processed in 7-10 business days and refunded back to your original payment method.
  8. If a purchased item is returned to us and upon inspection is found not to be defective, you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with the purchased item, including any return shipping costs back to you.
